Brian was great. He was not pushy, He didn't ask me a lot of questions. I didn't feel like he was trying to feel me out for how much I could afford or trying to up sell me to something I didn't want. I told him I didn't like leather seats and money had nothing to do with it. He found a car that just come off the truck, It hadn't been processed yet and didn't even have the new car stickers on it. He was as happy I was when he found it. It had all the options I wanted and none of the options I didn't want. This was my first car buying experience in over 40 years that was not stressful. I left the dealership excited about my purchase. I didn't feel like I paid to much. I got built in navigation and sunroof like I wanted with cloth seats. I have bought 5 used cars and this the 3rd new car I have bought in my lifetime. In the past after I bought bought the car the sales guy no longer had time for me. I could walk into the dealership and ask to talk to my sales guy and either would not even come out of his office or come out and talk to me for 2 minutes and blow me. His general attitude was I already have your money so now your just waisting my time. Brain has not been that way at all. I went back to dealership one week latter to finalize some paperwork and soon as Brain found out I was there he came and found me. He has told me more then once if I have any questions or when I am ready for my first free oil change to give him a call and he will set up for me. He even called me 2 weeks latter and asked if we were still happy with our new car. If you want a new Hyundai ask for Brain you want regret it.

This is our 3rd Hyundai from this dealership and we've always been happy with the sales and service staff. We always get our servicing done at the dealership. Great group of people. Just helpful enough to not make you feel pressured to buy.

My Review of Round Rock Hyundai:
Mark was very helpful. The dealership is a bit small for the amount of customers that were there at the time but I thought they did a great job. Paperwork could have been done faster had there been more employees/offices available. I love my new Tucson :)

This is the 3rd Hyundai I've purchased from Eiji Evans at Round Rock Hyundai.
Eiji makes it easy for me to skip the haggling get the bottom line quickly.
I'm so glad to have found a salesman that I can trust to help me find a fast and fair deal. While I was recovering at home from red light runner collision, Eiji even offered to drive vehicles to my house to help me evaluate my options. I'm happy to bring Eiji my business for all future purchases.

I highly recommend internet sales to buy a car from this dealership and Eiji Evans made it quick and easy. Eiji got me the car I wanted at the price I can afford. I live 2 hours away from Round Rock Hyundai but I have bought my 3 other cars from Round Rock Toyota and I love this dealership. I have to say Eiji have made this sale very easy for me. I told him what I'm looking for. I drove into town, signed the papers for my car w/ no hidden extra fees. I was so happy when I saw my Tucson limited and I drove off a very happy consumer. Thank you Eiji for finding what I was looking for and more w/in the price range that I wanted. Thank you Jeff for showing me how all the features work. My first SUV w/ all the bells and whistles and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!

My Review of Round Rock Hyundai:
Wonderful customer service!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was a fish in a shark tank like you do at most dealerships! No pressure and I love my new Tucson!

I brought in my Sonata for its first oil change through the Express service late in the afternoon and Kendall Owens saw to getting the service through and a recall notice on the Blue link that was flagged. Both were completed in about an hour. Many thanks!
Martha P. Austin, Tx 4/26/2012
I am happy! Kendall Owens, service advisor @ RR Hyundai, went above & beyond to help me to get my Sonata repaired in a timely and economical manner! Not only did I appreciate his demeanor, but they delivered what they promised. I was shuttled to and from the dealership, and I went home with a repaired and clean car & a sense of relief! Many thanks to the service team at RR Hyundai!

My recent new car purchase at Round Rock Hyundai was great. Paul Clevlen was my salesman and he was very professional, friendly and genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase. Instead of trying to sell me the first car that I test drove he took the time to show me every car that matched the criteria I was looking for. He even informed me of another vehicle that would be on the lot in the next few days in case I wanted to wait for that one which had an option I was considering. Paul familiarized me with all of the features of the car, set up the bluetoothe and programmed the satellite radio. The man who handled the financing of the car loan was also very friendly and actually made signing the paperwork FUN. All in all I had a great experience purchasing my new car and highly recommend RR Hyundai.

had a great experience at this dealership. got a letter from hyundai telling us we'd need to bring our tucson in for a software update. i was able to schedule an appointment online. i'm really impressed with their online scheduler- based on the type of service you need done it'll adjust the available appointment times, it'll let you select who your service technician is, and it'll let you choose whether you'll stay at the dealership and wait or take a free shuttle home. on arrival, i didn't notice the maintenance building was on the left side of the dealership so i walked onto the main sales floor. i was redirected to the north entrance where the maintenance garages were and i noticed immediately how they had 3 people on hand to facilitate check-ins. i had to wait less than 2 minutes before being seen, despite there being 5 other customers waiting to be served. i'd originally decided to take the shuttle home, but after seeing their waiting lounge i decided to wait it out. the lounge is decently nice. there's a refrigerator of cokes, juices, and water, a single serve coffee machine with a dozen or so different selections, and there's a nice lady who keeps refilling the snack and fruit baskets. all of it is complimentary. the chairs are big enough and there's a tv with cable and a remote so you can channel surf. i was happy i was able to catch the rangers game. as for the service, it took a little over an hour to complete (i had requested a state inspection as well). it turns out that since i had a software update done that it reset my drive cycles and so the state inspection computers couldn't read the drive cycles and i subsequently failed the test. the technician explained no one really knew how long it would take before my drive cycles would be able to be read by the computers, so he suggested i drive 100 miles at 50+ mph before taking the inspection test again. he gave me the print out of my failed test to show any officer that might pull me over. he also didn't charge for the failed test. i was really impressed with the service time, the explanation of what happened, and the waiting facilities.

It had been 14 years since I'd really been car shopping and I wasn't looking forward to the experience. I stopped in at RR Hyundai a couple months ago just to browse and was met by Robert Graham as I walked around the lot. Unlike most of the experiences I've had on the car lots, I was most pleasantly surprised because Robert was very patient with me and NEVER pushed me to do anything I wasn't ready to do. We drove about 3-4 different cars that day, we compared and contrasted different models and different option levels within the model. It was a very nice and relaxed experience. I knew that Kia is a kissin' cousin to Hyundai so I went a few days later to the Kia dealer and swore I'd never go back. Even after mentioning that I was not ready to buy for at least 4-6 months and that when I did buy, I was not trading my current car. There was so much pressure from those guys that night and then they turned around and called me the very next day with more pressure! So here we are 4-6 months later and I was ready to look and compare for real. I went back to RR Hyundai and met another salesman (Paul) that day. He had the same laid back, let me help you educate yourself attitude but never pushed. I was still doing research at that point so didn't buy that day. The next day, I had an email from Robert mentioning that he'd seen my old car in the lot and was ready to congratulate me on my new purchase if I had made one. Wow! I was blown away that he would remember my car, remember me and care enough to follow up even though he may not have won the sale himself. I went back a couple days later, spent several more hours with Robert looking at cars on the new and used lots - comparing and contrasting. I went away had some dinner, discussed my options with a friend and came back to buy. Since then, I've had followup emails from Robert on a few things that we'd talked about during the sales process. So far, it's been a very nice experience for me as I've never had any salesman care about me beyond making the purchase. If you're going to buy from RR Hyundai, I'd recommend asking for either Robert or Paul. The others seemed ok, too, but I don't have first-hand experience to vouch for them.
I don't have any experience with their Service department yet but I'm hoping I get the same excellent service from them as I got from the Sales department. If so, I'd definitely recommend Round Rock Hyundai to my friends and family.

I have bought two other cars from Round Rock Hyundai in the past and received a mailer about a trade-in offer on a new Hyundai. I contacted them via email and received an email back the same day from Eiji Evans in the internet sales department. I told him I am a very busy single mom and did not have a weekday or weekend to spend hours at the dealership discussing a new car. I had already looked at the Veracruz before when I bought my last Santa Fe and I asked him what I could do to trade in my Santa Fe for a new Veracruz, which is bigger. I explained my current loan balance and payment. We discussed the details back and forth and he gave me all the car's specs and pricing info as well as dealing with my trade-in. All on email! When I was finally comfortable with the pricing, loan rate and trade-in offer, I arranged to test drive the actual car I'd get and Eiji's partner Jeff Green was there to walk me through it. He had my trade-in appraised and got some basic info from me that night and I was out of there in 30 minutes since I had to pick up my daughter. I made an appointment for the next weekend morning to go back to pick up the car. I was able to get there early and Jeff and Eiji had everything ready to go so I was in and out of there in 2 hours. I'm so pleased with the treatment and kindness of Jeff and Eiji and would recommend them and RR Hyundai to anyone who asks me about my fine new car.

Leased a car last weekend from here. Had a great experience with Brian Trice, who is probably the primary reason I chose Round Rock Hyundai over other Hyundai dealers (and over Toyota, Nissan, and Volkswagen dealers) in the area. Brian is professional, courteous, respectful, honest, and meticulous - very different from the other car salesmen I encountered during this car leasing endeavor.

Want to thank everyone at Round Rock Hyundai. We were there late one evening and everyone was willing to help. Jeff's knowledge of the vehicle was excellent, which of course helped us in making our decision. Thank you Jeff Karnes. Tony and Samaris Quintana

Very personable people at this dealer. They made the experience of buying a new car as painless as possible. Very honest people and I would recommend them to anyone.

In the past 2 years, I have purchased 2 Hyundai's; 1 from SouthPoint and 1 from Round Rock Hyundai. I am a rather hard guy to please and I'm very picky about what I buy. I'm also quite difficult to work with. 2 years ago when I purchased my first Hyundai, I was able to get a great deal at SouthPoint. This year, Round Rock stepped up their game and offered me the best deal around. My one complaint is that they love to put pin-stripes and other small items on their cars then charge you $1,000 extra for it. While this issue does give away my identity, I'm glad to say that RR removed the pin-striping from the car and did not charge me the markup. I was purchasing a very popular car and they very easily could have sold it for 1k more to someone else but they didn't. They took the time to earn my business. My salesman knows me by site and name. Their service department is busy but mostly friendly. Yes, they charge you dealer pricing but this is normal for dealers (hence 'dealer pricing'). They are good at keeping schedules but not always the best at calling you back. In the past 2 years they have come a long way and improved much. They will be the first place I go when I need another car and I will recommend them to any friend who is interested in a Hyundai.

My experience at Round Rock Hyundai was superb. It was the second Hyundai dealership I visited, and they far exceeded the first place I visited. Eiji and Robert took excellent care of me, and made me feel like they were on my side, supporting me through the entire car buying experience. If you are looking for a dealership that will treat you right, go to Round Rock Hyundai and ask for Eiji and Robert. They are the best!

Eiji and Brian are the best. The whole dealership was great and supportive to me and my wife. The Manager gave me his cell phone number with a handshake and statement that if any of his employees did not treat us right to call him 24/7. What a fine dealership.

Excellent rapport with consumer. Friendly and accommodating. Knowledge of automobiles was excellent and follow through was great. Made me want to continue my relationship with the dealership.

I have done business with Round Rock Hyundai for over 3 years and found them to be a most creditable car dealership in the area. Their prices, service, sales and overall support a really customer friendly and effecient team. In particular Brian Trice who helped me exchange my existing Hyundai Sonarta Limited vehicle for a new Hyundai Santa Fe Limited on a extremely advantagous leasing contract. His patience, knowledge and help with many minor details as well as the major ones impressed me. I have no hesitation in throughly recommending him and the whol Round Rock Hyundai staff as the most friendly, helpful and cost effective car dealership in the area.

I have experienced excellent business relationship with Hyundai Round Rock Dealership since 2008. Every member of their team from sales, finance and vehicle servicing have treated me with the upmost positive help, advice and courtesy. Buying, trading in and regular vehicle maintenance service has been simple, honest and completely hassle free. Their quality of work, friendliness, customer service, prices and overall experience is second to none! Any will have to go a long way to find another car dealership to beat this Hyundai Round Rock Team. They are a credit to the Hyundai manufacturer and with its extended warranty and support. Very well - keep it up.

Eiji found the car I wanted on a timely basis and got me good pricing (including handlinf my trade-in). I couldn't have received better service.

I received a quote from Eiji for a 2012 Santa Fe that appeared to be pretty good. We were still determined to locate a used one to save some money but found them to be pretty expensive. We climbed in and out of several models, Tucson and Santa Fe, and just about every year from 2008 to 2012. We noted that the leg-room in the 2010 Santa Fe was different than the 2012 so we went to visit the dealer to try on a newer one. While we were sitting in a 2012 Santa Fe Jeff Karnes offered to take us for a test drive, we advised we were looking at buying a 2011 or older. Long story short... Jeff had a Dealer Loaner, 2011 Santa Fe Limited that was configured just the way we wanted it. We bought it about 60 days before we planned to buy because the car and the price were right. I have a background in Auto Finance and my instincts are definitely defensive when I walk into a dealership because I've dealt with tons of Auto Salespeople over the years. These guys (Jeff, Eiji and David) were very friendly and very easy-going to deal with. I never felt like I could not walk away and they were up front and honest with every question I asked.

Even though I am 37 years old, this was my very first car buying experience. I was nervous going into it, but I quickly relaxed when I contacted Round Rock Hyundai. Not only was it not painful, the entire experience was wonderful and exciting! This had everything to do with Eiji, one of the associates at that site. From the beginning I never felt pressured, and he talked to me like a person, not a paycheck. I got a great deal on the EXACT Elantra that I wanted, and I truly feel that Eiji did everything he could to save me money. You cannot go wrong with Eiji Evans.

My wife and I had done a lot of research on the Internet while we were thinking of purchasing a new car. We were pleased on the reviews of the 2012 Hyundai Tucson. We stopped in at Round Rock Hyundai and were greeted by Jeff Karnes. Jeff showed us several other models and then showed us a 2012 Tucson. The test drive convinced us that we had been correct in our thoughts on the Hyundai Tucson. We went in to Jeff's office and waited as they worked on an offer for our trade in. Jeff came back with their trade offer. With out either my wife or I saying anything, Jeff showed us the dealership's selling price on the Tucson which was $1,200 lower than the sticker price. No back and forth like so many car deals we had done. No pressure whatsoever. We told Jeff that he had a deal and he began checking the state wide inventory of Tucsons in order to find the color we wanted. He found it and we returned in a day to sign all the paperwork and collect our new car! Of course, the last part of this buying experience was a visit to the dreaded Finance Managers office. This is usually the part where they shut the door and hold you hostage until you agree to purchase the lifetime oil change program, the upholstery guard package, the insurance and that old favorite, the true coat undercarriage protection deal. You then sign all of the hundreds of various documents they keep handing you and finally escape and flee the dealership in your new car that has no gas in it. Well, to be honest, the Finance Manager, James Barnett, was the easiest finance manager we ever delt with. No pressure, no additional products were ever mentioned. To sum it up this auto transaction was the nicest, most professional car buying experience ever. Jeff, James and all the staff at Round Rock Hyundai are awesome. Thanks

First, I think it would be reasonable to assume that most Google readers will be going through online sales reps/contacts. Via the Hyundai website or Edmunds or Yahoo, you can get referred to the Internet Sales people at RR Hyundai. From what I can gather, as of this posting, this will put you in touch with either Eiji Evans or the rep that I worked with, Brian Trice. You can also get in contact with Southpoint Hyundai through those websites. You will find a much, much different tone in your email correspondence with them compared to RR Hyundai. Brian's understanding, tone, attitude, and overall ease to work with made me choose to purchase my Elantra from RR Hyundai instead of taking a $500 cheaper offer from Southpoint. (Ok, location an inventory had a lot to do with it, too, but I just like the way that it sounds to say that Brian's level of service was worth $500 bucks to me.) Cannot complain at all. Now, I can't speak for the service department yet, but the sales experience was way better than I could have hoped.

My experience at Round Rock Hyundai was above and beyond excellent. This was my first time buying a car - so I was warned by friends and family to beware of all car salesmen - but Aaron Hargrove was professional and honest about everything. They did not have the exact Genesis Coupe that I wanted (there were only 5 black Genesis Coupes in the state of Texas) so they worked hard to get the exact car I wanted within two days. Jason, the finance manager, also worked with me and showed me all of my options. He even gave me recommendations on which insurance policies I should look into(i.e. GAP). I really felt like royalty when I picked up my new car - everyone at the dealership asked me if I was excited about my new Genesis Coupe. Aaron even took the time to show me all the features of my car again and even helped me set up the Bluetooth on my phone so I can talk hands-free in my car! My ... was above and beyond excellent. Great stuff, friendly sale staff and personable finance people made purchasing my first car a pleasant experience.

When we were stranded on the side of the road and needed a new car, we were able to be in and out fairly quickly. There was no need to hassle with the price of the vehicle, it was fair. Most people in that situation would feel they were getting taken advantage of, and at other places they might have been, but I didn't leave there feeling anything but happy with our purchase.

My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect by every one associated with the Round Rock gtoup of dealers.

I love my new Hyundai, this is my second Hyundai and my parents have purchased four. I was in an accident in a Santa Fe where we were inpacted in the front and rear leaving the car 4 feet shorter. All four of us walked away with only bruises. I will be a Hyndai owner for life.
